Leadership Training

Hwarang Youth Foundation focuses on creating future leaders with bright ideas. Leadership training is an event where the incoming officers of the chapters gather and are taught how to properly help and communicate to their members. It is also a time of bonding within the officers, where icebreakers and fun games are played to help the officers feel closer to one another. Officers were properly trained on how to use tools such as mobileserve and were taught how to create events and what information to give to their members. Leadership training helped the new officers find friends that they can relate to and ask for advice because they are working and applying the same things. The new officers were also given a proper introduction to the summit members, which is important because they are the people who they turn to when they need help or clarification. The officers present at the training were able to learn more about how Hwarang functions, and with new information that they didn’t know as a member. The new officers left the leadership training event with new ways to keep their chapter organized, and new information that would help
