Hello! We are Shilla from the Hwarang Youth Foundation!! Our growing chapter mainly covers the city of Fullerton and some neighboring cities in Orange County. Our goal is to spread love & joy to our community & the people within it. We work to implement active roles within our community and reinforce our collaborative nature by working side by side with our team members to carry out Hwarang’s vision and mission. Our chapter participates in community service events, such as recycling, monthly chapter meetings, sandwich making for a homeless shelter, the Korean memorial preservation project, and various Summit events!
안녕하세요! 저희는 화랑청소년재단의 신라 챕터입니다!! 우리는 빠르게 성장하는 챕터로 풀러튼 시와 오렌지 카운티의 일부 인근 도시를 커버하고 있습니다. 저희의 목표는 지역사회와 그 안에 있는 사람들에게 사랑과기쁨을 전파하는 것입니다. 우리는 지역사회 내에서 적극적인 역확을 수행하고, 팀 멤버들과 협력적인 성향을 강화하기 위해 함께 일하며 화랑의 비전과 미션을 수행합니다. 저희챕터는 재활용, 월례 챕터 회의, 노숙자 쉼터를 위한 샌드위치 봉사, 참전용사 기념비 지킴이 등 다양한 지역사회봉사 행사에 참여하고 있습니다!
Through our service, we immerse ourselves in our Korean culture and serve with the goal to strengthen the social network of our community with a lasting, positive impact in our society. In addition to our acts of service, we are utilizing social media platforms, like Instagram and Youtube, not solely for the purpose of connecting with the Hwarang community, but to inspire other people to better our community through unified efforts. We hope that our media content will be helpful for people who are not well aware of our current issues and may also prompt thoughts on how they can better their respective communities!
봉사를 통해 저희는 한국 문화에 몰두하며, 우리의 목표는 긍정적인 영향을 끼치며 지속가능한 사회 내 사회 네트워크를 강화하는 것입니다. 봉사 활동 뿐만 아니라, 우리는 인스타그램과 유튜브와 같은 소셜 미디어 플랫폼을 활용하고 있습니다. 이는 화랑 커뮤니티와의 연결만을 위한 것이 아니라, 통일된 노력을 통해 지역사회를 더 나아지게 하기 위한 다른 사람들에게 영감을 주기 위함입니다. 우리의 콘텐츠가 현재의 문제에 대해 잘 알지 못하는 사람들에게 도움이 되고, 그들이 각자의 지역사회를 어떻게 개선할 수 있는지에 대한생각을 일깨울 수 있기를 희망합니다!
